MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY

INTRODUCTION

Deinhardt Designs is committed to protecting its brand reputation, the value of its products, and the interests of its authorized dealers. To maintain a consistent brand image and ensure a fair marketplace for our products, we have established this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. This policy outlines the minimum advertised price for select products and sets forth guidelines for advertising these products.

POLICY GUIDELINES

• Covered Products: This MAP Policy applies to all products offered by Deinhardt Designs.
• Minimum Advertised Price: The Minimum Advertised Price for covered products is shown in detail on our website, www.deinhardtdesigns.com.
• Advertising Guidelines: Authorized dealers may not advertise covered products below the specified Minimum Advertised Price.
• Advertising includes all forms of communication, whether print, electronic, online, social media, or any other medium.
• The MAP Policy applies to both public and private communications intended for end-users, customers, and resellers.
• Discounts and Coupons: Dealers are NOT allowed to offer discounts and coupons that lower the actual selling price below the MAP.

ENFORCEMENT

Deinhardt Designs reserves the right to monitor advertised prices of covered products.

Violations of this MAP Policy will result in corrective action, which may include, but is not limited to, a warning, temporary suspension of product shipments, or termination of the dealer relationship.

POLICY UPDATES

Deinhardt Designs reserves the right to modify or terminate this MAP Policy at any time without prior notice.
